Text Box: Eternity Care’s vision is to provide a service that would be used by them as they get older or needed support with living at home.  A service that not only provides the usual help with personal care and preparing meals, but a service that includes companionship, is  imaginative, and provides a staff member that they could share their interests with.

Text Box: Personal care — assisting you to get up, with washing, getting dressed, retiring to bed. Meal times — a helping hand to cook. An arm to lean on — support for you if you have    mobility problems. Shopping — someone to get the provisions. Cleaning — to reach into those places that are just out of your reach. Going out — be it the cinema, cafes, library, using transport. Companionship — someone to sit and chat about   anything you wish — your favorite TV programme, family, concerns. Respite — for you to go out while we support the   person you care for. Pet assistance — looking after the furry friends as well. Anything else enabling you to live at home safely and in comfort can be discussed and efforts will be made to oblige.       We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This includes a complaint/comment procedure if the service needs to be  improved in any way.

Text Box: Both Tania and Julie have worked in the care sector for a combined 25 years alongside a number of clients with a variety of needs.  They feel they can provide a service that meets the needs of those they are supporting, is led by clients, and that values both staff and clients alike.
